Another thick smoothie here! Let me introduce you to this lovely pink coconut berry smoothie. It’s got some coconut milk and raspberries which give it a slightly sweet taste and the base is made of soaked rolled oats and chia seeds which provide a delicious rich texture. Adding some bananas make the texture even creamier. Sweet and creamy, such a perfect combo!
This would work as a great dessert too if you wanted something on a healthier side. It’s got a slightly higher sugar content than my average smoothies but it’s all natural sugars so I see no harm in it. A dessert needs a bit of sweetness, right?

Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 bananas
- 200g raspberries
- desiccated coconut to serve
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds and coconut milk and put in a fridge overnight (or at least a couple of hours)
- Then blend it all with the rest of the ingredients and serve with some desiccated coconut.
