CREAMY OATMEAL MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- Handful of raw cashews
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 bananas
- 6 dates
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 400ml almond milk
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, cashews, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extracts and 200ml almond milk and let the mixture rest in the fridge overnight
- In the morning, add the rest of the ingredients and remaining 200ml almond milk and blend it all in a blender until smooth
